Inspired by the best practices of accounting, and incorporating CRM and Sales Pipeline management features, this new iteration of the Symplast financial and accounting module delivers additional tools specifically designed for plastic surgery practices and med spas, including the ability to have real-time insight into a patient’s behavior regarding consultation estimates and a more intricate definition of a ‘warm’ sales lead for the practice coordinators.
“After an extensive period of market research, our primary focus was to alleviate the pain point that our users and aesthetic practices in general have been experiencing not only with Symplast, but with practice software accounting in general,” said Scott Leapman, UX/UI Manager, Symplast. “But the key to alleviating the pain points was to ensure that the entire user experience was as simple and easy-to-use as possible. A great example of this is the hierarchy of the data filtering within our new reports. We wanted to ensure our users were not given hundreds of reports that were so overwhelming that they ended up not using any of them. So we designed a two-pronged filtering interface for the reports. There are the various actual dropdown filters that a user can select. But then there is also an inherent capability for the user to dive deeper into the details of a specific row to see the full breakdown of it. As a result, our users can easily monitor and forecast the financial performance for their practice.”
