Symplast, the #1 mobile EHR/Practice Management platform for plastic surgery and medical spas that delivers a HIPAA-secure cloud platform to more than 3,500 aesthetic users across the U.S., will be participating and exhibiting at the 2020 American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting in Park City, Utah, February 27 – March 1. Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to visit Symplast BOOTH #19 and experience first-hand the various breakthroughs that Symplast has pioneered within the realm of aesthetic patient flow and patient conversion.
Izhak Musli, Chief Product Officer of Symplast, will be presenting the educational session “Maximize Your Sales Process (aka The Patient Conversion Process)” at 11:45am on Sunday March 1 at the ABAM Meeting in the Grand Summit Hotel at the Canyons. This data-driven workshop will guide plastic surgeons on the proper ways to identify, monitor, and analyze aesthetic KPIs.
Symplast has made a concerted effort recently to incorporate key metrics and data points throughout its end-to-end EHR suite in order to allow aesthetic practices to optimize their patient flow, staff productivity, and cost per patient acquisition. A recent example was the addition of the highly-popular Waiting Room TV Marketing algorithm, whereby Symplast customers can customize dynamically-targeted albums that would automatically play on the waiting room TV via the Symplast Apple TV app. Aesthetic practices can analyze their Symplast reports to identify the most effective upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the Apple TV algorithm to activate.
Symplast will be presenting another KPI-related educational session at the upcoming Association of Dermatology Administrators & Managers (ADAM) 2020 Meeting being held from March 17-19 in Denver, Colorado. Symplast Senior Practice Analyst Randy Torban, who recently served as a featured presenter for an AmSpa webinar alongside aesthetic practice consultant Terri Ross, will conduct the ADAM meeting workshop “Best Practices: KPIs and Workflows”.
