The Symplast Support team aims to resolve all “how to” questions via the initial ticket submitted. Based on the Client’s needs, the Symplast Support team may suggest additional training
Symplast Support is included in Client’s monthly License, and software upgrades/new feature releases are included at no additional cost.
Technical Support Details
Technical Support is included with The Symplast License. Technical Support consists of “how to” questions related to usage of Symplast. These questions are submitted through an email/ticketing system. Clients may submit as many Technical Support tickets as often as needed during hours of operation.
