Symplast, the #1 mobile EHR/Practice Management software for plastic surgery and medical spas that delivers a HIPAA-secure cloud platform to more than 3,500 aesthetic users across the U.S., announced that it has acquired lead management software Medical PRM (Prospect Relationship Manager). In addition, Medical PRM Founder and former CEO of AtlasKPI, Izhak Musli, has agreed to join Symplast as Chief Product Officer. The acquisition of Medical PRM adds an invaluable data-driven sales tool to Symplast’s ever-growing EHR/Practice Management platform.
Symplast CEO/CTO Facundo Formica explained the significance of both moves: “When you look at all of the tremendous successes that Symplast has accomplished in 2020, and then to add on top of it the acquisition of such a powerful lead management and nurturing tool, it’s easy to see why 2020 will be a pivotal year for Symplast. We have already integrated Medical PRM into our Symplast platform, enabling Symplast customers to capture, monitor, follow-up, and analyze their inbound inquiries and prospects in a way that was never possible before within a single EHR/Practice Management Software. This is another core addition to our ever-growing aesthetics platform, and we have big plans for this CRM module.”
Facundo Formica continued, “In addition, it’s a privilege to work alongside Izhak and it will lead to great immediate, and as well as long term, results. His vast industry experience and his data-driven mentality has had an impact on Symplast immediately. He has been instrumental in the imminent release of our ambitious Symplast v2.0 project scheduled for next month. His influence, reputation and leadership in this industry has accelerated Symplast’s continued ascent as the preeminent industry leader for telehealth and practice software.”
Symplast Chief Product Officer Izhak Musli: “I have lived and breathed business processes and data analytics for my entire career. In addition to my experience as Founder/CEO of AtlasKPI, I have provided expert consulting to countless healthcare organizations. I observed the common trend that hospitals, group practices, and private practices all shared – the inability to properly tag and follow-through on every inbound inquiry. This inspired me to develop Medical PRM. When the opportunity presented itself to join the Symplast organization, I did not hesitate. Having already partnered with Symplast during my AtlasKPI days, I knew first-hand how much synergy existed regarding company culture, vision, and product development. Symplast has come a long way over the past few years, but the incredible momentum and accelerated growth that we have experienced so far in 2020 leaves no doubt in my mind that Symplast will be the market leader for EHR/Practice Management and telehealth solutions very soon.”
The Medical PRM solution offers users the ability to completely customize every single aspect of the prospect funnel in order to best fit their needs. The portal can track inbound inquiries from any online form, whether via email blasts, websites, social media, or anything else. By far the most popular feature is the ability to assign specific follow-up actions to practice users to ensure no sales leads get lost. This sophisticated prospect relationship manager is available as a stand-alone solution; it is also integrated with the Symplast EHR/Practice Management platform.
