FORT LAUDERDALE, FL September 14, 2020 – Symplast, a cloud-based, 100% mobile first medical software, announced its newest addition to the company, Tiensa Lundien, as the Senior RCM Insurance Specialist, effective August 31, 2020.

Tiensa Lundien joins the company with over 20 years of experience in insurance billing management, 10 of which were focused in plastic surgery. Most recently, she worked as the Insurance Billing Supervisor at PS2 Practice Management – under the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Her financial and operational experience of consumer insurance make Tiensa the ideal candidate to take Symplast Insurance Billing Claims module to the next level. The long-awaited Claims Intelligence module was introduced as part of the Symplast 2.0 release, and the power of this product update will only be enhanced by the addition of subject matter expert, Tiensa.
