New! Security Enhancements

As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your data, we’ve added critical security measures to mitigate risk and follow best practices for password protection. Symplast Users in your cloud can now be required to change their password periodically, and users can opt-in to security notifications to alert them of unusual login behavior. These automated features are essential in enhancing data security.

Additional security features will be implemented in the near future – stay tuned!

New! Symplast Payments Integrated Refunds & Voids

Put your transaction reconciliation in the fast lane – Symplast Payments now includes fully integrated payment refunds and voids in the practice app, saving you time by eliminating redundant tasks and reducing data entry errors.

Enhanced “Save Card to File” Features

Also new to Symplast Payments with this update, card tokenization has enhanced efficiency. We’ve added the option for a patient to save their card to file when processing payment requests for an improved payment experience.

New! Appointment Reminder Self-Configuration

We’ve put appointment reminder configuration tools in your hands! Administrators can now select the time intervals they want reminders delivered from the webportal, providing visibility to reminder settings and eliminating the need to submit a ticket to support.

This enhancement is the first step in unlocking the self-configuration of appointment reminders – more tools will be delivered later this year!

New! Legal Form Management

Manage your legal forms without the fuss! Administrators can now view, manage, and update their consent forms in real-time from the webportal, making it easier than ever to keep your consents up-to-date.

Tipping Improvements

The tipping experience now allows practices to hide the tip jar for an improved patient experience. We’ve also enhanced the tipping percentages to calculate based on the total invoice balance, for a more accurate tip collection.

New! Symplast Forms In-Office Hand-Off

Symplast Forms is now better than ever with our new hand-off feature! Easily access your patient’s secure intake form link directly from activity notes to allow them to fill out the form in-office. Simply click the link from your iPad and handover the device to your patient to finish their intake form on the spot.
