Our latest release is all about maximizing your time and doubling down on security. We have several improvements through our Symplast Payments ecosystem and new reports to make tracking your financial metrics better than ever. We’re also launching Multi-Factor Authentication to provide additional layers of security for your data. On top of all that, we’ve given the Patient App a facelift for easier navigation!

New! Multi-Factor Authentication

Leverage an additional layer of data security with the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for user logins. MFA is the gold standard in digital security, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches. As part of our commitment to data security, all Symplast Practice platforms – iOS, MacOS, and Windows, now have this feature available.

New! Installment Payment Plans*

Symplast Payments users can now create recurring payments on specific estimates, invoices, or packages! With this enhancement to the recurring payment plans feature, we’ve automated the process of applying scheduled installment payments to an associated financial quote or invoice to eliminate steps and reduce accounting errors.

New! Saved Card Expiration Notifications*

Managing saved credit cards is now easier than ever! Symplast Payments users now have the option to receive notifications that a patient’s saved card is expiring, and can leverage an in-app report to monitor and easily update cards in real-time!

Flexible Surcharge Tax Calculations*

Symplast Payments users now have the flexibility to calculate surcharges based on the pre- or post-tax amount, whichever suits their business policies.

New! Insurance Trends Report

Insurance accepting practices can now track average reimbursement rates from carriers with our new Insurance Payment Trends report. This powerful new report includes dynamic filtering options for endless analysis possibilities!

New! Financial Income Report (Cash-Basis)

Practices now have more ways to track their income with our new Financials Income Report. This report allows administrators to report on their revenue using cash, or balance, accounting principles. With this new report, practice have more flexibility in tracking their income and using those insights to better monitor the health of their business.

Improved Appointment Status Indicators

We’ve enhanced the Patient File Appointment Tab to better visualize historical and future appointment statuses. The appointment list is now easier to interpret with color-coded indicators of video vs in-office visits and the status of the appointment.

Redesigned Patient App

The patient app has a sleek, new, modern interface to complement the aesthetic of any practice. More importantly, we’ve added your business contact details, logo, and convenient location map to help your patients find and connect with you more easily!
