Financial Health Report
Practices now have more ways to track their income with our new Financials Income Report. This report allows administrators to report on their revenue using accrual accounting principles. With this new report, practice have more flexibility in tracking their income and using those insights to better monitor the health of their business.
Surcharge Compatibility with Recurring Payments
Symplast Payments users now have the flexibility to add surcharging to recurring payment and installment plans.
Payments List Improvement
Practice managers can now reconcile transactions easier with the addition of the Payment Number to the Payments List in the financials module.
Appointment List Report
Administrators can now track and report on appointments, complete with dynamic filtering options and patient demographics! This powerful new report can be leveraged for everything from daily appointment monitoring, to remarketing campaigns, and everything in between.
Appointment Reminders Message Customization
Customize your confirmation and reminder messages with our new self-configuration tool!
Secure Messaging Improvements
Access your secure chats from anywhere in the app with our new Easy Access Chat feature! Respond and create messages faster than ever without needing to leave your workflow.
We’ve also added the ability to pin messages and mark your conversations as read or unread at any time so you can manage your chats more efficiently.
Patient App: Refer-A-Friend Program
Boost Your Practice with Easy Referrals! Symplast’s Patient App now lets your patients refer friends with a tap. Referrals are tracked automatically, so you can reward loyalty with ease. Offer gift cards or discounts and watch your practice grow!
Appointment Dialogue Resizing & Icon Update
We’ve right-sized the appointment creation dialogue to allow schedulers to see more of their calendar when creating appointments. With this change, schedulers now have a more compact appointment creation dialogue, too, for a more efficient user experience. Additionally, we’ve added a “New Estimate” button to the appointment details screen for easy access.
Online Appointment Request Auto-Approval
Practices now have the option to activate auto-approval of online appointment requests!
